AO Services was hired to contract this project, and self- performed the following: sidewalks, playground installation, building structures, pool excavation, flatwork, landscaping, excavated olympic pool, foundations, fireline installation with vault, and final grading.

AO managed: site prep, parking lots, ROW, flatwork, building foundations, pool foundation, irrigation, oversaw utilities for MEP and pool plumbing.
