Meritage Homes hired AO SERVICES to contract this amenity center project in Dripping Springs, Texas at the beautiful Big Sky Ranch community. AO SERVICES was entrusted with the challenge to take over the project after it had commenced with another contractor that was not able to complete the scope of work in the beginning stages. AO SERVICES picked up where the previous contractor left-off, tracing the re-work needed, and completed the job from the ground up self-performing the site prep, plumbing, flatwork, playground installation, building structures, pool excavation, foundations and final grading.

AO SERVICES managed the paving, irrigation and landscaping, building foundations, pool foundations, pool plumbing and specialty trades.

SEC Planning, LLC provided the land planning, entitlement services and Landscape Architecture design for this successful community amenity center in Central Texas.
