Chief Executive Officer

Tim Carter is the Chief Executive Officer at AO SERVICES, a values-based, full service commercial construction firm founded in 2010 and based in Central Texas.

What began as a two-man outdoor recreation company, Tim grew into an integrated construction firm that specializes in amenity centers & development services, and wet & dry utility installation.

Tim has earned and completed work for Dell Children’s Hospital, Texas Children’s Hospital, University of Texas’ Moody Center, Tesla, and various Central Texas City Municipalities.

Tim serves the Young Life and Isaiah 117 House ministries in Georgetown, Texas, enjoys hunting, Aggie Football and being with friends & family.

Tim is a native Texan that grew up in Abilene and earned a B.S. in Wildlife and Fishery Sciences from Texas A&M University while breeding deer and working on ranches. Tim and his wife, Cassie, have been married for 13 years and have two children; Lambert and Deacon.
