Shea Mirtsching is the Director of Construction at AO Services, a values-based, full-service commercial construction firm founded in 2010 and based in Central Texas. 

Shea has been with AO Services since its inception and has played an integral role in its growth and longevity.  He is a team player and possesses many skills, including job site and workforce management.  He is also an integral part of building and maintaining client relations, by maintaining open communication and ensuring the completion of the best product on time and under budget. 

In his current role, Shea oversees all projects AO completes. He manages the firm’s portfolio of projects and his hands-on leadership style fosters a culture of teamwork and excellence while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the construction lifecycle. 

Outside work, Shea enjoys hunting, working outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Donna, and their two children. He was born and raised in Hutto, Texas, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Entrepreneurial Studies from Texas State University.
