Ryan Gaddy is a Project Manager at AO SERVICES, a values-driven, full-service commercial construction firm established in 2010 and based in Central Texas. Ryan is responsible for the planning, execution and completion of AO SERVICES’ construction projects, and ensures that each project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with specifications.

Ryan began his career in the asphalt industry, supervising TXDOT and city paving projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area before transitioning to commercial construction.

What Ryan values most about working at AO SERVICES is the team. He appreciates the sharp, dedicated, and friendly nature of his colleagues, which he describes as “a perfect combo.” Ryan thrives on collaborating with the team to tackle complex challenges and deliver exceptional solutions for clients.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys renovating his home, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife and pets.

Ryan earned his degree in Construction Management from Texas Tech University.
