AO Services was hired to contract this open air structure amenity center with 2 bathrooms and large covered sitting area. Bathrooms were CMU construction with stucco exterior and rock cap. Amenity structures are covered with a standing seam roof and exposed rough cedar upright beams covered with a natural stain for a rustic, classic look and stucco towers to bring in natural light. AO completed the sidewalk to the basketball court with 3-point shooting. All is accented with a natural landscape bed and sod for a grounding effect including open are for kids to run and play.
