Justin Kvasnicka is the CFO at AO SERVICES, a values-based, full service commercial construction firm founded in 2010 and based in Central Texas.

Justin manages the financial operations at the company, including working capital needs, capital management and relationships, payroll, A/P & A/R, financial statement reporting, as well as budgeting, planning and forecasting.

Justin’s career began in Investment Banking at JPMorgan and then to Private Equity before moving to more operational functions doing mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments in Corporate Development. Justin transitioned to the CFO function within the tech. sector and now works as a fractional CFO including AO SERVICES.

Outside of work Justin enjoys fitness, church, athletics with his three kids, spending time with family and traveling.

Justin grew up in Dallas, Texas and resides in Austin with his wife and children. He earned his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and completed graduate school at Cornell University.
