Austin Contractors and Engineers Association (ACEA) is a group of like-minded contractors, engineers ands suppliers in Central Texas. The association was established in 1983 in an effort to affect change in Austin.

OSHA is part of the United States Department of Labor. With the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Congress created OSHA to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for workers by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance.

NFIB is the voice of small business, advocating on behalf of America’s small and independent business owners in all 50 state capitals. NFIB is nonprofit, nonpartisan, and member-driven since it’s founding in 1943.

A Competent Person has knowledge, training, and experience with current safety regulations and is able to identify possible safety issues. Our trained ‘Competent Person(s)’ on each job site have the skills needed to solve problems and the authority to make changes with safety as a top priority.

Lancaster Safety Consulting, Inc. (LSCI) is a nationwide OSHA consulting firm that focuses on keeping employees safe on the job each day. LSCI assists personnel with all safety experience levels such as business owners, safety professionals, office managers, and HR professionals.

Texas Construction Association is an organization dedicated to creating and maintaining a vibrant and prosperous business climate in Texas to support the Texas construction industry.
